If there's any wedding function happening when you reach there, don't hesitate to enter. You can walk into the main entrance and turn left. There's a lift and direction to go to the residence lobby. At first I thought I was at the wrong place when I saw crowds attending the wedding dinner, but luckily they have clear directional signage. Booked a room for 3 adults but could fit five of us. Toilet enough to fit 2 wheelchairs. The room has a well run ceiling fan & air-cond. Requested an iron to be ready in my room and they did. Comfy bed to have a good sleep. Good lighting to make up. Safe and secure parking space. Tv, fridge, cuckoo & microwave are so convenient and ready to use outside your room. Top-quality cleanliness. To me, the front desk staff also makes a really good first impression, he is helpful, efficient and provides a positive mood. Sad leaving this place so soon, we will definitely be back. I love 1ACS Residences.

Perfect place to stay in Kuching. We extended our stay because it was so good. Rooms are brilliant, super clean, powerful hot shower, a/c and fan, great WI-FI, drinking water (cold and hot) available. Incredible value for money. We liked the location as everything was a short and cheap grab ride away. Reception staff were so lovely and friendly. The most adorable kitty was there to greet us outside in the lobby. Loves a stroke and a lap sit. If you see her give her some for me!

I just can't express how much I love this place. It's quiet and peaceful, and I got good sleep for my stay. Eventhough it might be lacking in TV in the room and water heater but luckily my room was just next to those amenities. There's nothing that I want to complain. It was so clean, and the Wifi was so satisfying as I was conducting my online interview here. Thankyou very much! You guys won't regret it.

Cleanliness of the property is magnificent. Can't find a similar rate with such cleanliness and comfort. Facilities provided such as fridge, microwave, water dispenser is great enough for a travelling family that doesn't need cooking facilities. Its location is convenient for those who rent transport to travel around, not just focusing on the city centre.

1ACS Hostel is one of my all time favourite place to stay in Kuching. This place is actually located above a church so the parking is very safe(within church compound). It is very clean and staffs are also very helpful and friendly. I feel that the space and cleanliness of the room is much better than a certain famous budget airlines franchise hotel.
